AlphaGenome Atlas: A predictive map of every possible DNA letter change in the human genome

Google DeepMind launches AlphaGenome Atlas, a platform hosting predictions for 9 billion single-nucleotide variants in the human genome. The resource precomputes outputs from the AlphaGenome model to map molecular effects. It includes the AVI score for ranking variant impact. Access is free for academic research via a web portal.
