Automate SSO authorization for classic PATs and SSH keys

GitHub Enterprise Cloud adds an API that lets admins bulk‑authorize classic PATs or SSH keys across up to 50 organizations in one call. The endpoint verifies organization membership, token ownership and enterprise SSO before granting access, reducing manual steps and avoiding long‑lived credentials. Available now via the enterprise_credentials:write permission.
