BreezeBlue released Breeze TTS 2, an open-weight bilingual text-to-speech model supporting voice design, cloning, and direction. The Apache-2.0 licensed code allows developers to clone speakers from reference audio or generate voices from descriptions. Model weights are restricted to research and non-commercial use, limiting immediate production deployment.
