Copilot code review can now approve pull requests

GitHub Copilot can now approve pull requests, adding an approval assessment to its review comment and allowing configured approvals to count toward repository required‑approval rules. The feature is in public preview for Copilot Pro tiers and is off by default, with enterprise, organization and repo level controls.
