Cloudflare launched Issues, a built-in error monitoring tool for Cloudflare Workers now in open beta. Enabled with a single line of configuration in the runtime, it groups exceptions, failed invocations, and 5xx responses without requiring an external SDK. The system can automatically package logs, traces, and worker versions to trigger configured coding agent workflows.
