Flat Rate CDN is now GA for Pro teams

Vercel has made Flat Rate CDN generally available for Pro teams, offering fixed monthly capacity instead of usage‑based billing. Teams receive 1 M requests and 1 TB transfer per month, with higher tiers purchasable. Spike protection stays on by default, preventing performance loss during traffic bursts. Existing teams can enable it in billing settings.
