GitHub Enterprise Server 3.22 is now generally available

GitHub Enterprise Server 3.22 ships with generally available enterprise teams for centralized access management across organizations. The release adds technical preview support for Copilot CLI in air-gapped environments using local model providers. Repository rulesets now allow bypassing by individual users and require specific reviewers for pull requests based on file patterns.
