Hobby projects now retain fewer deployments to free up storage

Vercel updated its storage rules for hobby projects, automatically deleting old deployments sooner when teams exceed their ten gigabyte limit. Projects now keep their three most recent production deployments and three recent deployments of any type, while preview deployments lose individual protection to prevent dormant projects from blocking new builds.
