NVIDIA and partners released predicted 3D structures for over 2,800 viruses via the AlphaFold Database. The dataset uses AlphaFold2 and NVIDIA BioNeMo inference to scale structural prediction. Researchers can access these open structures to prepare for future outbreaks. NVIDIA also released the BioNeMo Structure Prediction Pipeline for generating custom protein structure predictions.
