Kubernetes v1.37: KubeletInUserNamespace (aka Rootless mode) Graduates to Beta

Kubernetes v1.37 moves the KubeletInUserNamespace feature gate to beta status. This allows node components like kubelet and CRI runtimes to operate as non-root users on the host machine. The change aims to limit damage from container breakout vulnerabilities by confining potential compromises to a non-root user account.
