New low-cost burstable Amazon EC2 T8i instances are generally available

AWS announces general availability of EC2 T8i instances powered by custom Intel Granite Rapids processors. These burstable instances offer up to 30% better price performance and 70% higher compute performance than T3 instances. They maintain the same CPU credit system for seamless migration, targeting low-to-moderate utilization workloads like microservices and development environments.
