Persistent Databases in the Browser with DuckDB-Wasm and OPFS

DuckDB-Wasm now supports opening .duckdb files on the browser's Origin Private File System, letting databases survive reloads and restarts. The post documents the required open call and notes that version 1.32.0 or later 1.33.1-dev64.0 fixes a bug where earlier builds created but never wrote OPFS files.
