Platform-independent SIMD in Go

Go 1.26 and 1.27 introduce experimental APIs for Single Instruction Multiple Data operations to accelerate computationally-intensive tasks without requiring hand-written assembly. The new simd package provides a fully portable, platform- and size-agnostic interface supporting AVX, AVX2, AVX512, NEON, and webassembly instructions, alongside architecture-specific packages for specialized hardware performance.
