Protect production deployments for free on every plan

Vercel now lets any plan enable Deployment Protection for all project deployments at no cost, removing the previous $150/month add‑on requirement. The feature can be turned on via the Security sidebar and set as a team default, allowing internal tools and private dashboards to stay behind authentication without extra fees.
