Rate limits on GitLab.com are changing

GitLab.com will enforce new rate limits tied to subscription tiers, starting October 19 for free users and January 2027 for Premium and Ultimate plans. Limits apply per user and group, with unauthenticated traffic capped at 60 requests per hour per IP. Most users already fall within the new limits, but teams near thresholds should authenticate requests.
