Replica-aware routing public beta

ClickHouse adds replica-aware routing in public beta, letting requests carry a replica tag or SNI override so reads hit the same replica that handled writes. This enables read‑after‑write consistency for temporary tables and sessions. Available to Enterprise customers now, with broader rollout planned.
