SCIM user responses now include a profileUrl attribute

GitHub's SCIM API now includes the standard profileUrl attribute in /Users responses, giving the absolute URL of the linked GitHub account. This removes the need for extra lookups when matching external identities, and the change is additive with no impact on existing fields or integrations.
