Simplify pipelines with new BigQuery identity columns

BigQuery adds identity columns, letting tables auto‑generate sequential 64‑bit integers. Engineers can define GENERATED ALWAYS or BY DEFAULT columns, removing manual key logic from pipelines and simplifying INSERT or MERGE workflows. The feature is available now via standard CREATE TABLE syntax.
