Sub-second artifact deployments are now supported in Vercel CLI

Vercel CLI now deploys static artifacts in under a second, skipping the build step for up to ten small HTML or Markdown files (≤5 MB). Updating to version 59.16.0 enables instant URLs for prototypes or agent‑generated pages, reducing feedback loops for developers.
