Surge-Org/Surge

Surge-Org/Surge offers a platform for time-boxed contribution sprints within the Stellar ecosystem. Maintainers define scoped issues with point values, and contributors submit plans to claim work. Accepted contributions receive payment in USDC from a shared pool. The frontend uses React and TypeScript. This repository is a new discovery.
